Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wellness, health, and consumable products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

Eligible Cases

✔ Product received is damaged during transit.

✔ Product received is incorrect or different from the item ordered.

✔ Product received is defective or tampered with upon delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Product dislike after use

  • Delay caused by courier services beyond our control

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
